The Business Operations team administer the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS), which is a Commonwealth Government initiative.  

The NDSS supports people with diabetes and ensures they have reliable and affordable access to supplies and services to effectively manage their condition.  There is no cost involved and registration entitles people with diabetes to subsidised blood glucose and urine testing reagents, syringes, insulin pen needles and insulin pump consumables.

The Retail department offers both NDSS and DA–Vic products to customers.  The DA–Vic product range includes blood glucose meters, lancets, cookbooks, food, beverages, socks, travel products, creams and lotions.

The Pharmacy Approved Retailer Scheme (PARS) enables greater access  to both NDSS and DA–Vic products as well as limited nurse education services, through local pharmacies across Victoria.
