There are many ways to donate to DA-Vic and help support the cause. Please consider the following:
Donate online today
Donations to DA–Vic provide vital funds for programs to support people living with diabetes, prevent diabetes and contribute to the search for a cure.
Become a Step Up Supporter
Your regular monthly donations, by direct debit or credit card, contribute to a reliable income stream that allows us to plan our programs and helps ensure our financial security. Email us for more information.

Would you prefer to post your donation? This donation form (191KB PDF) can be filled out and posted to us. This will enable you to donate by cheque, credit card or money order.
Make a bequest – leave a legacy
Leaving a bequest in your will to Diabetes Australia – Vic creates a legacy that provides support to other people living with diabetes or, if you prefer, contributes to diabetes research.
Invite donations in place of gifts for your special occasion
You can make a difference on your birthday or celebration by asking your family and friends to donate to DA–Vic of place of gifts. We will inform you of the total amount raised and the names of those who donated, while the individual amounts remain confidential. Email us to find out how.
Donate in memory of a loved one
Honour the memory of a family member or friend who lived with diabetes by making a donation to DA–Vic. Your gift will contribute to supporting others living with diabetes or to research into diabetes management, prevention and a cure.
DA–Vic also provides donation envelopes for attendees at memorial services to make an in-memoriam donation. Envelopes can be ordered by email or by phoning 1300 136 588. Many Funeral Directors already have DA–Vic envelopes but we will gladly provide more on request. Email us to request envelopes.
Develop a workplace giving program
Your employer can establish a workplace giving program where tax deductible donations are made from your pay before tax. The donations received by the charity of your choice, such as DA–Vic, together with donations big and small from other employees can have a significant impact. Email us for more information.
