Intensity
Slow – A good starting point
Moderate – A good way to tell if you are walking at a moderate intensity is by doing the conversation test. When you are walking at a moderate intensity, you should still be able to carry out a conversation, but not be able to sing.
Vigorous – A vigorous intensity activity makes you “huff and puff”. An example of this is where talking in full sentences between breaths is difficult.
