About the Program
The General Practice Program has been established to optimise the delivery of evidence-based diabetes initiatives throughout Victorian general practice.
We do this by supporting general practice to improve health outcomes for Victorian patients by strengthening relationships and representation within the sector and facilitating access to resources.
We also implement communication and education strategies to improve diabetes awareness and prevention and advocate for people with diabetes in general practice.
