Diabetes InfoLine

The Diabetes InfoLine provides information about diabetes products, services, programs, events and membership. We are open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 9am to 5pm.

An answering machine operates outside these hours so please ensure you leave your name, phone number and a brief description about your call and we will call you back on the next business day.

The Diabetes Info Line is not a medical information line and our staff are not health professionals. If you have a question or concern about diabetes, treatments or management our staff can put you, in touch with a member of our Health and Education Services Team.
