Living with diabetes can be challenging at times. Diabetes Victoria's advocacy team recognise this and are here to help you.

We can listen... help you get your voice heard and give you the information and support you need to make sure you know your rights and understand your options.

Diabetes Victoria is the leading charity and peak consumer body representing all people affected by diabetes and those at risk. We support, empower and campaign for all Victorian's affected by diabetes.  This includes friends, family and carers....

Our advocacy service works along side people with diabetes when they;

• face discrimination or problems while at work and other areas of public life
• need help to secure their rights
• want help to say what they want to say
• need help to link to the services that they need
• have suggestions on how to improve diabetes information, services and policies
• want help in understanding their options.
