Please note that the NDSS Helpline (1800 637 700) and our collection business will still be open during this period.
The NDSS Helpline will be staffed as follows:
Monday 20 - Friday 24 December | 8.30am until 8pm |
Saturday 25 December – Christmas Day | 9am until 2pm |
Sunday 26 December – Boxing Day | Closed |
Monday 27 - Tuesday 28 December (national public holidays) | 9am until 2pm |
Wednesday 29 - Friday 31 December | 8.30am until 8pm |
Saturday 1 January – New Year’s Day | 9am until 2pm |
Sunday 2 January | Closed |
Monday 3 January (national public holiday) | 9am until 2pm |
In conjunction with the NDSS Helpline, we will be providing a limited health professional advisory service during this period.
