Speaking and Voting at the Meeting

The 2023 Diabetes Victoria AGM will be held in person and via the Zoom meeting platform. Members attending online will be able to vote via a pop-up poll, as well as make written comments or request to speak via the Zoom chat function. The chat function will be visible to all attendees upon joining the virtual meeting and the use of it and other functions will be explained at the time of the meeting.

Instructions for how to vote via a Zoom poll will be given during the meeting. A Zoom report will later be accessed to confirm the online portion of the vote count.

While all online attendees will be unable to be seen or heard upon entering the meeting, any member who wishes to speak will be allowed to speak upon request (such a request can be made via the chat function).

The chat function can also be used to make comments or ask questions throughout the meeting.
