Co-design of a digital health intervention for people with type 2 diabetes in the Australian setting: Survey

People living with type 2 diabetes are invited to take part in an online survey before the end of June 2025.

What is the aim of this study/trial?

  • Help Create a Better Diabetes Health Program!

What is this study about?

  • We want to learn what people living with type 2 diabetes and their families need to manage their health better. This will help us design a simple and helpful digital program to support diabetes care and lower heart disease risk.

Do you need to visit a clinic?

  • No. This study is 100% online—no travel or in-person visits needed.

What do you need to do?

  • Just fill out a short online survey (about 10 minutes). The survey will ask about your experiences with diabetes, lifestyle changes, and health apps.

Why is this study important to people living with type 2 diabetes?

  • Your answers will help create a useful and easy-to-use health tool that supports people living with diabetes.

Upon completion of the survey, you can enter a draw to receive 8-week access to the Gro Health app!

To take part you must be:

  • Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or a carer/family member of someone diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Living in the community
  • Australian resident
  • Not pregnant
