Making healthy food choices and understanding food labels can be a challenge.

We organise supermarket tours in metropolitan and regional Victoria to help make shopping for food easier. As part of a two hour tour, local dietitians will show you how to accurately read and understand food labels and choose healthy foods that are suitable for the whole family, not just people with diabetes. You will receive an information pack to take home, which contains lots of helpful information, including a free copy of the Diabetes Australia Healthy Shopping Guide.
These tours are suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about healthy eating and choosing foods, not just people with diabetes.

Cost: Free for Diabetes Victoria members and $15 for non-members.  Limited bookings are available for each tour.
