Our Diabetes in schools and early childhood settings program is for people working in schools and early childhood settings who have a young person with type 1 diabetes in their care.

Find out about our Diabetes in schools and early childhood settings program.

All families should have received a Mastering Diabetes resource pack when launched at the end of 2015 or when their child was diagnosed. These packs offer practical diabetes information about providing safe, supportive and caring learning environments for young people with type 1 diabetes at schools or early childhood settings. Note: The schools and early childhood settings pack is to be given to the school/facility by the parent of the child with diabetes.
