Most Diabetes Victoria staff will be finishing work for the year at the close of business on Friday 18 December; resuming on Monday morning, 4 January 2021.
Please note that the NDSS Helpline (1800 637 700) and our collection business will still be open during this period.
The NDSS Helpline will be staffed on the normal business days during this period:
| Monday 21 – Thursday 24 December | 8.30am until 8pm |
| Christmas Day - Friday 25 December | 9am until 2pm |
| Boxing Day public holiday - Monday 28 December | 9am until 2pm |
| Tuesday 29 – Thursday 31 December | 8.30am until 8pm |
| New Year’s Day - Friday 1 January | 9am until 2pm |
Normal Saturday operating hours of 9am until 2pm will apply.
In conjunction with the NDSS Helpline, we will be providing a limited health professional advisory service during this period.
Diabetes Victoria Online Shop
Please note that Diabetes Victoria online shop orders will be processed and dispatched as normal up to and including Friday 18 December.
We will then not be able to process orders until we reopen on Monday 4 January.
Please also note that we will shortly be announcing exciting changes to our online shop, which will take effect early in the new year.
