How to log in, in just a few steps!
As you will see, there are various ways you can enter the member’s hub. However you choose to log in for the first time, we’re here to help you. Please see each journey below and choose the appropriate one.
First time logging in
Step 1:
Go to the Diabetes Victoria website: https://www.diabetesvic.org.au/
– Click Member Login (highlighted in image), located at the top right of the homepage
Step 2:
Click on register here
Step 3:
Enter the details under user registration and click ‘sign up’
Use the email address linked to your Diabetes Victoria account (e.g. the email you received Membership Matters through)
Check your email and follow the prompts. Remember always check your SPAM folder.
Once logged in, click on the articles from your Membership Matters e-newsletter, or take a look around the new Members Hub!
Please note:
If you are a first time user, logging in with chrome, you will see the below screen. This is a security measure for chrome users and is perfectly safe. To access the member’s hub, please allow these permissions.
Logging in through the website directly
Step 1:
Go to the Diabetes Victoria website: https://www.diabetesvic.org.au/
– Click Member Login (highlighted in image), located at the top right of the homepage
Step 2:
Fill in your username and password
If you have logged into the members area on our previous website, you can simply log in using the same username and password.
If you haven’t logged in before, you will need to register – please see first option ‘first time logging in’.
Note: ‘Username’ is the email address that is linked to your Diabetes Victoria account
Once logged in, click on the articles from your Membership Matters e-newsletter, or take a look around the new Members Hub!
Clicking articles through Membership Matters
Step 1.
When you click on a member exclusive article in membership matters it will take you to a login page, fill in your username and password.
Forgot your password?
Step 1.
Click ‘forgot your password’
Enter the email address linked to your Diabetes Victoria account (e.g. the email you received Membership Matters through) then click ‘Reset Password’
Check your email and follow the prompts. Remember always check your SPAM folder.
Once logged in, click on the articles from your Membership Matters e-newsletter, or take a look around the new Members Hub!
