Ingredients

  • 200g mixed salad leaves
  • 250g baby beetroot, cut in half
  • 150g reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp. (60ml) caramelised balsamic vinegar

Method

1. Simply mix the salad, beetroot and crumbled feta together in a bowl.
2. Drizzle with the caramelised balsamic vinegar.
