Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promoter is Diabetes Victoria (ABN 71 005 239 510) of Suite G01, 15-31 Pelham Street Carlton VIC 3053.
  2. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
  3. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are 18 years and over at the time of entry. For kids and teens members under the age of 18, the entry must be completed by a parent or guardian. Anyone connected in any way with helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to win the competition prize(s), including employees of Diabetes Victoria or their family members.
  4. Contestants must be a current free member (Free Ongoing or Free Trial) of Diabetes Victoria and must have been invited to partake in the competition prize draw; contestants must complete their entry into the competition before 5pm AEST Sunday 30 November 2025 to be eligible to win.
  5. The competition begins at 10am Thursday 13 November 2025 and closes for entry at 5pm Sunday 30 November 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The rules of the competition and the prizes for the winners are as follows:
    • By completing the November 2025 prize draw entry form you have entered the competition to win
      • One of two (2) $50 Target vouchers
    • There are (2) possible winners of the competition.
    • One entry allowed per eligible member
    • Competition entries will not be accepted by any other means.
    • An individual can only win a Member Rewards Prize Draw once in a 12-month period, the 12 months starts from when the individual wins.
  8. All prize items are valued inclusive of GSTand the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a prize recipient receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that prize recipient.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible by the Promoter.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any contestant by any third party connected with this competition.
  11. The winners will be chosen at random from a draw by a staff member appointed by the Promoter on Monday 1 December 2025
  12. The winners will be contacted on Monday 1 December 2025.
  13. If we are unable to get in contact with the winners for 1 week, a new winner will be drawn.
  14. Contestants can opt-out from entering the competition by not filling out their details in the competition entry form.
  15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner, or anyone else availing from the prize, as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the prize.
  16. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  18. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
