Study/trial description for participants:
The aim of this study is to explore healthcare professionals’ attitudes, knowledge, and understanding of the role of exercise in the management of diabetes-related foot complications. The study also seeks to identify common barriers that healthcare professionals experience when recommending exercise for people with diabetes-related foot complications.
If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete an anonymous online survey consisting of four sections. The first section collects general respondent information to provide background context. The second explores participants’ knowledge and attitudes regarding exercise in the management of diabetes-related foot complications. The third section investigates perceived barriers to recommending exercise, and the final section explores how emerging evidence may influence future clinical practice.
The survey will take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete and can be completed in a single sitting. No onsite visits are required.
Participants may choose to enter a draw to win one of five $100 GiftPay gift cards via a separate link, ensuring survey responses remain anonymous.
