Terms and Conditions

    1. The Promoter is Diabetes Victoria (ABN 71 005 239 510) of Suite G01, 15-31 Pelham Street Carlton VIC 3053.
    2. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
    3. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are 18 years and over at the time of entry. For kids and teens members under the age of 18, the entry must be completed by a parent or guardian. Anyone connected in any way with helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to win the competition prize(s), including employees of Diabetes Victoria or their family members.
    4. Contestants must become a member of Diabetes Victoria and must have been invited to partake in the competition prize draw; contestants must complete their entry into the competition before 11:59pm AEST Sunday 30 November 2025 to be eligible to win.
    5. The competition begins at 2pm Tuesday 14 October 2025 and closes for entry at 11:59pm AEST Sunday 30 November 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    6. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
    7. The rules of the competition and the prizes for the winners are as follows:
      • By being a recipient of the email outlining this competition and signing up to Diabetes Victoria membership during October or November 2025, you have entered the draw to win
        • One of two (2) $100 Kmart vouchers
      • There are (2) possible winners of the competition.
      • One entry allowed per eligible member.
      • Entrants must sign up to Diabetes Victoria membership using the same email address that they received this competition email from
      • Competition entries will not be accepted by any other means.
    8. All prize items are valued inclusive of GSTand the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as a consequence of a prize recipient receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that prize recipient.
    9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible by the Promoter.
    10. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any contestant by any third party connected with this competition.
    11. The winners will be chosen at random from a draw by a staff member appointed by the Promoter on Monday 1 December 2025
    12. The winners will be contacted on Tuesday 2 December 2025.
    13. If we are unable to get in contact with the winners for 1 week, a new winner will be drawn.
    14. Contestants can opt-out from entering the competition by not becoming a member or by emailing membership@diabetesvic.org.au
    15. Acceptance of the prize is voluntary.
    16. Prizes will be delivered electronically to the winners via email.
    17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner, or anyone else availing from the prize, as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the prize.
    18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

    20. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
