T1DE Competition Terms and Conditions 2025
- The Promoter is Diabetes Victoria (ABN 71 005 239 510) of Suite G01, 15-31 Pelham Street Carlton VIC 3053.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
- Entry is open to Australian residents only, who are 18 years and over at the time of entry. Anyone connected in any way with helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to win the competition prizes, including employees of Diabetes Victoria or their family members.
- Contestants must be a current member of Diabetes Victoria and must complete the questionnaire on or before
- Competition 1: 5pm AEST on Friday 29 August 2025 to be eligible to win.
- Competition 2: 5pm AEST on Friday 3rd October 2025 to be eligible to win.
- The competition begins and closes:
- Competition 1: Opens at 10am on Friday 11 July 2025 and closes for entry at 5pm AEST on Friday 29 August 2025. After this date, no further entries to competition 1 will be permitted.
- Competition 2: Opens at 5pm Friday 29th August and closes at 5pm Friday 3rd October 2025. After this date, no further entries to competition 2 will be permitted.
- The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
- The rules of the competition and the prizes for the winners are as follows:
- Complete the competition entry form and tell us in 25 words or less why you need the T1DE bag for your chance to win.
- The prize is:
- One Essential Crossbody Bag from T1DE, valued at $129.00.

- There is only one (1) winner of each competition.
- Competition entries will not be accepted by any other means.
- Only one (1) entry is accepted per member.
- All prize items are valued inclusive of GST. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize value. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any taxes (other than GST) which may be payable as a consequence of a prize recipient receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that prize recipient.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably possible.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any contestant by any third party connected with this competition.

The winner will be selected by the Promoter based on the quality, relevance and creativity of their response.

Competition 1: The winner will be contacted by Friday 5 September 2025.

If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 1 week, a new winner will be selected.

The winner agrees that their competition entry, including their first name and their response, may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes.

Contestants can opt out of the competition by not completing the competition entry form.

This competition does not represent any endorsement of T1DE or the prize by the Promoter.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner, or anyone else using the prize, as a result of accepting or using the prize.

Entrants must ensure that their contact details are correct and up to date at the time of entry to ensure prize delivery.

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
